DAY 9 — GOD'S PEACE

Welcome to your Daily Corner of Faith—a place to pause, breathe, pray, and draw nearer to God. Scripture: Philippians 4:6–7 ( NIV )   "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus" Encouragement: Prayer allows us to exchange anxiety for trust. God's peace can guard your heart even before circumstances change. Intercessory Prayer: Lord, bring peace to homes affected by conflict, anxiety, grief, uncertainty, and fear. Spiritual Growth: Turn every worry that arises today into a short prayer. "Lord, when worries try to take over my mind today, help me to pause and surrender them to You immediately. Turn my anxious thoughts into moments of prayer, and replace my fear with Your perfect peace. I trust You with every detail of my day. In Jesus' name, Amen." Journal: What ...

Scripture: James 5:14–16 Encouragement: God invites us to bring the needs of others before Him. Intercession is an expression of love. Reach out afterward to let them know you prayed for them. Prayer "Lord, thank You for the gift of community and the privilege of carrying each other’s burdens. DAY 7 — GOD HEARS YOUR PRAYERS

DAILY CORNER OF FAITH DAY 7   Scripture: 1 John 5:14–15 NIV  14  This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us.  15 And if we know that he hears us—whatever we ask—we know that we have what we asked of him. Encouragement: Prayer is never wasted. Even when God's answer looks different from what we expected, He hears the prayers of His children.  His delays are not denials, and His ways are always higher than ours." Intercessory Prayer: Father, strengthen those who have been praying for a long time without seeing an answer. Give them perseverance and peace while they wait. Spiritual Growth: Create a prayer list and record specific prayer requests. Journal: What prayer do I need to continue bringing before God? "I pray that you are blessed as you read this journal entry for day 7." "Are you born again? If you've not received Jesus Christ into your life, now is the time. Say this Prayer of Sal...

Scripture: Psalm 42:11  KJV:   “Why art thou cast down, O my soul? and why art thou disquieted within me? Hope thou in God: for I shall yet praise him, who is the health of my countenance, and my God.” Encouragement: Discouragement speaks loudly, but it does not have the final word. Speak God's truth to your own soul. Place your hope in God; His word gives strength and renewal even when the soul feels downcast and troubled Intercessory Prayer: Lord, lift those who are discouraged, grieving, disappointed, or struggling to find hope. Let Your joy return to their hearts. Spiritual Growth: Write three reasons you can still hope in God. Journal: What truth from Scripture can I speak over my situation?
